FruityReels will process privacy-sensitive or personal data. FruityReels values the privacy of its customers and observes through care in processing and protecting personal data.

We process data in compliance with the requirements laid down by the Data Protection Commissioner of Malta. In this privacy statement, we will explain what personal data we collect and for which purposes. We recommend that you read it carefully.

1. Processing of Personal Data

By using our services, you are providing us with certain information. This is personal data. We only retain and use the personal data provided directly by you and for which it is clear that it has been supplied to us to be processed. This privacy statement is primarily directed to those using the website as a private person. Your email address will never be given to an advertiser.

- Newsletter

You may opt-in to receiving marketing material, such as the newsletter, from Fruityreels. At any time, you have the right to withdraw your consent to receiving such marketing material. Each newsletter contains a link where one can unsubscribe from the Fruityreels newsletter. Consent can also be withdrawn by contacting the Fruityreels customer service.

If you fill out a contact form on the website or send us an email, the data you provide (including the information in your account) will be retained for a minimum period of five years.

We contact you for commercial purposes by email. Being contacted by us by phone is also possible.

- Registration

Certain features of our services require you to register beforehand. After your registration we will retain your user name and the personal data you provided. We will retain this data so that you do not have to re-enter it every time you visit our website, to contact you in connection with the execution of the agreement, regarding withdrawal or deposits, and to provide an overview of the services we have delivered you.

- Right to object to the processing of your data

- Right to withdraw your consent

We gladly receive your consent to process your data for our promotional activities, such as our newsletter, and to hand you interesting offers. 1. When the personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose (as described in paragraph 1) it was collected or processed for;
2. You withdraw consent and there is no other legal ground for the processing;
3. When you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds;
4. If the personal data was processed in a way that is not in accordance with laws;
5. Personal data has to be removed to comply with a legal obligation.

The right to delete your data is subject to a retention period of five years we are held upon because of security reasons.
